Elias often mentions two things about our particular physical dimension (i.e. the world we live in). It is not a lower plane or school to learn something and it is one of the most complex physical dimensions in all of consciousness. It is extremely complex and it offers tremendous diversity.
**Session #185:**
ELIAS: As I have stated, this particular dimension is exceedingly complex. This particular dimension of reality and physical expression is not only creative, but holds such diversity within your creative expression that you have created one of, not the only, but one of the most complex objective manifestations. This may express to you the realization that you are not less. There are no higher planes. There are no planes! (Laughter) You occupy all of consciousness. Therefore, you experience all of these aspects of experience.
**Session #1246:**
ELIAS: […] But also remember that this particular physical dimension is one of the most complex and diverse physical realities that exists within consciousness. Therefore, you also incorporate a complex expression of time to generate all of the physical manifestations that you do within this physical reality.
**Session #767:**
ELIAS: As I have stated, this particular physical dimension is EXTREMELY intricate. It holds tremendous diversity and is quite expansive in its expression of capacity for exploration. Therefore, in the construct of this tremendous expression of diversity, essences have formed these groupings to be expressing most efficiently the design and movement of this particular physical dimension. Other physical dimensions do not incorporate this type of intricacy of their design, and therefore do not require, in your terms, that type of organization, so to speak.
According to Elias the particulars of this specific physical dimension are coded in the blueprint. It encompasses various elements which are an integral part of this dimension, for example belief systems, duality, sexuality, objective awareness, creation of reality through perception, separation, linear time and others.
**Session #1799**:
ELIAS: This is the blueprint of the reality itself. If you choose to be manifest within this particular reality, you have chosen to be participating in association with the blueprint of this reality. There are different elements of the blueprint of this reality. This is a physical reality; it is also a reality that incorporates duality, which is different from duplicity. In this, you generate a duality of your reality, which creates what you perceive to be opposites and complements. In actuality, there are no opposites; there are all complements. You generate doubles of all of your reality, male and female, and so on.
You also incorporate a double basis within this particular reality, that is of emotion and sexuality. Emotion and sexuality are not sexual activity or feelings. Emotion is that of communication in any and all forms. Sexuality is the manifestation of all physical matter within your reality in whatever form, in whatever expression. The physicality of your reality is that which is expressed as sexuality, for it is classified in what you term to be a sexual expression, incorporating two genders — another element of the duality.
Those two genders are associated with all of your reality, regardless of what it is. There is an association with energy, with electricity, with the magnetic fields, with different expressions within your physical body, with energy of intellectual or intuitional. All of your reality is associated with this element of sexuality as part of its duality, the other element being that of emotion, which is communication.
Both of these elements are objective expressions. You must incorporate an objective awareness in a physical reality, for the objective awareness is what creates perception, and perception is what creates actual physical reality. This is the blueprint of THIS reality which you all participate in.
**Session #1120:**
There are many physical dimensions, but in this particular physical dimension you have created a design of time that moves in a linear fashion; therefore, this is the manner in which you perceive your reality. In this, you view past, present and future. In actuality, all of the attentions are present; they merely appear to be past or future in association with this particular dimension.
**Session #832**:
ELIAS: In this, you have created a physical dimension which includes many physical manifestations. Your physical dimension occupies a space arrangement.
Now; this space arrangement is quite vast.
What I am expressing to you is not that another planet within your physical universe is superimposed upon your planet and that particular aspect of your space arrangement, for it occupies, in a manner of speaking, a position in your space arrangement of your physical dimension, which you identify as your universe. Other physical dimensions occupy the same space arrangement as what you view as your universe.
[…] which is quite vast in the expression of space arrangement and physical manifestations. The physical manifestations of your dimension, your universe, are not limited to your individual planet. You also have created a vast universe to occupy the space arrangement of your physical dimension.
**Session #302:**
ELIS: You do not occupy a planet of lowly accord. You are not within this physical focus as a learning dimension, so to speak, on your way to higher ground. There is no higher ground! You ARE your highest expression! Even within all of your belief systems and within your physical expressions, you ARE your highest expression. You are one focus of an endless essence, and this one focus holds all of the information of consciousness, of essence, of you, and of all other essences. For although you camouflage within physical focus, and you within your thought processes hold to the belief that you may move in the direction of being secretive, for you are so very separate within physical focus, you are not separate at all. You are all intertwined. Your consciousness is all intermingled, and within essence there are no secrets, for all is known to all others.
