The files on this server are alternate builds for the 
SecondLife(TM) viewer for Windows.  These viewers are well 
known for improved stability, but also add minor features
and reverse some of the abuse which the Lindens occasionally 
are doing to the user interface.

Each version is associated with a specific Linden version of 
the viewer and there are currently three families of builds: 

* Old-School are viewers from the pre-Voice era; the versions 
  tagged "OldSchool" or "OS" are based on the old Linden viewer 
  1.18.0.6.  These are still good for perfance challenged 
  computers.

* Bleeding-Edge (or BS) is based on the Linden viewers versions 
  1.18.1 to 1.18.4 (prior to WindLight) and among other fixes
  revert the GUI to pre-voice.  They provide superior stability
  and also run well on lower end hardware and are my personal
  preferred choice. 

* Eye-Candy are variants of Windlight based on Linden 1.19.1.4
  These mainly fix the Linden memory leak and add extra 
  crash fixes, but obviously require hardware which can handle
  WindLight.


If you are new to these, you will most likely want the latest 
viewer from the EyeCandy folder.  Be sure to carefully read the 
instructions inside the ZIP files and also look for the 
associated release-post on my blog (which will also contain links 
to download those older Linden viewers, which are required to
run my editions).

The server also contains source code for my builds and on the 
blog you will find links to people whodo Linux/Mac builds.
Also on the blog you will find a link to a forum there where
you will sure be able to find assistence if you need it.
