Btw, I just reset the max-users online counter, don't know what 36 users should have been that … maybe 36 google-bots Smile (Google seems to be quite fond of the site lately, they used up the same amount of bandwidth here in August as all other users together Shocked)

Got a puzzle for you. In formatting the "article". I tried to use

and it doesn't seem to be working at the moment. Any thoughts? - The odd part is I've used it before and places were it has been used previously still show a horizontal rule.

For example: Your announcement of it here (quoted below)

Horizontal Lines

I just added a little feature to the board which allows you to add a horizontal line to posts.

To do that just type

Code:
[hr]

And a horizontal line like this
will appear in your post.

Markus

– Thanks

Eric, I once had the same problem Very Happy .

In one post I wanted to use this "line" but it didnīt display in the preview and I thought I used the wrong code.

So I try it in this post again

Very Happy

Sylvii,

did you have login/forum problems again today? I saw we had a new user record again and looked at the logs this time. It's quite odd, but at that time someone with the Clean theme was online.

Did you notice anything or did anything go wrong etc?

Markus, I'm not sure…I've been gone for awhile today. I didn't notice anything different when I was in here, though.

hmmm…can't imagine what's doing that. The other day when the '36' was show there, it only lasted 4 minutes.

It's been the same this time, just 36. A couple of requests coming from different computers all over the world within a minute. I just saw you there also and thought you may have had login problems again or something like that *scratchhead*

Think so … got no problem with that … was just asking because you were asking about the Clean theme last time.

Btw, you want to have any particular changes to that scheme? I think you're using it exclusively so I might as well tweak it for you (remove the background, make the forum area wider, stuff like that?)

LOL Markus, I just came in (as 'Guest' before loggin in and the numbers showed '41' guests. I logged in so it shows '42' online……..once again, I don't think so!

Oh, and thanks for offer to tweak 'Clean', but it's just fine the way it is….not necessary to 'do' anything with it. thumb

(I've tried each of the other skins and none of them 'suit' me…..guess I'm just weird!….or shifty )

The crazy thing is that these are genuinely different IPs from all over the world. They even show in the server logs (not just on the forum). I don't know how you do it, but you seem to have a bunch of IPs folllwing you.

I have no idea what that could be … weird Smile
